Final Testing

In-house at G.F. Giovannini, final tests and commissioning takes place in order to monitor the quality of the products coming out of the production cycle.

The quality standard of our fittings is also checked through random tests as indicated below, carried out by external accredited laboratories.

Resistance to removal by extraction under constant force on fittings in copper alloy for mixed metal - plastic joints for aqueducts, in accordance with standard UNI EN 1254-3.

Seal under hydrostatic pressure on fittings in copper alloy for mixed metal - plastic joints for aqueducts, in accordance with standard UNI EN 1254-3.

Resistance to internal pressure of mechanical joints subjected to curving between fittings in copper alloy and polyethylene pipes for aqueducts, in accordance with standard UNI EN 1254-3.
